•Custom Orders & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. Store credit may be issued on a case by case basis. Please ensure that all details including shape, size, design, and home addresses are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect nail size, phone size, jewelry size, addresses, or design choices made by the customer. However, if a mistake is made on our end such as a sizing, design, or order error we will gladly offer store credit or work with you to find the best resolution based on the situation.
•JUNK items (junk cases, mirrors, glasses, and license plates) are handmade custom or freestyle creations no two will ever be exactly alike.

•No exchanges, refunds, or returns.
•Handle with care, charms and resin can crack or break if dropped or bent.
•Junk items are made with resin.
•If you want a specific look, don’t order a freestyle!
•Custom items take 1–2 weeks to ship.
🔒JUNK item Protection Plan (6 Months)
Covers charm loss, minor breakage, or loose embellishments. Includes one time free refurbishment or 50–70% off remake.
Does not cover lost/stolen items, cracked mirrors, weather damage, or intentional/excessive wear.
this plans is optional and compatible with custom junk items just request it!
⚠️ Care Tips: Keep away from heat, moisture, and handle mirrors carefully. DM or email within 6 months with photos to claim your plan.
•Sizing Responsibility
We highly recommend using our sizing kit or coin method (instructions provided on the SIZING|LENGTH|SHAPE page) to ensure an accurate fit.
•Select your correct jewelry sizes!
We are not responsible for incorrect sizing provided by the customer.
•Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change! However, due to the custom nature of our items, we have a strict cancellation policy:
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
- After 24 hours, your order will already be in the processing phase and cannot be canceled or refunded.
- This includes all custom and ready to ship items.
- If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within that 24-hour window.

Chargebacks & Disputes
- Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a breach of this agreement.
- If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact us at contactnailzbypaigeypooh@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you.
- Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested with proof of delivery,
- order records, and shop policies.
• Evidence of Fulfillment

- We keep records of all orders, including shipping confirmations and email communications, to provide to banks in the event of a chargeback.
