By placing an order with our shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Custom Products

All press on nail sets are handmade and made to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please double check your sizing and order details before purchasing.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 weeks for nails (5-10 business days) and typically 2-3 days for jewelry and can differ depending on order volume. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or major U.S. holidays (e.g., Christmas, Thanksgiving).

3. Shipping

We ship all U.S orders via USPS, with delivery typically taking 2-4 business days after processing time.

Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the postal service
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

4. Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail sizes. We offer sizing kits and recommend the coin method for a quick accurate fit. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to incorrect sizing.

5. Product Use

Our press on nails are for personal use only. They are not intended for resale or redistribution without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, and content on this website are the property of Nailzbypaigeypooh and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

7. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Please review this page periodically for any updates.

8. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! However, due to the custom nature of our press on sets, we have a strict cancellation policy:

Orders may only be canceled within 24

hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, your order will already be in the processing phase and cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • This includes all custom items and ready to ship sets.
  • If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within that 24 hour window.

9. Product Ingredients & Allergy

Disclaimer

Our custom products may include the following materials:

  • Nail glue
  • Cuticle oil (contains vitamin E, natural oils, added )
  • Acrylic
  • Gel polish
  • pop sockets/Junk cases (consist of UV resin)

Please review the ingredients carefully before use. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. If you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients listed above, we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before applying. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

10. Handmade & Custom Order

Disclaimer

All of our custom press on nails are handmade by a real person not a machine which means every set is created with care, time, and attention to detail. Because of this, each design is unique and may not be 100% identical to the reference photo. While I do my best to match every line, shape, and detail as closely as possible, slight variations may occur. These differences are part of what makes your set special and one of a kind. By ordering, you acknowledge that you are receiving a handcrafted, custom product that may have slight differences from the example photos but will always capture the same style, theme, and overall look.

 

11. Gold Plated Jewelry Terms & Care

All gold plated jewelry, bangles, bracelets, necklaces, rings, piercings, and anklets are carefully selected for quality and shine.

Orders & Exchanges:

•Jewelry is final sale, but exchanges are allowed if approved.

 

•Request an exchange within 3 days of delivery with photos and details. Items must be unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging.

•Orders usually ship within 2–3 business days (excludes weekends/holidays).

Design Requests:

•For specific bangle designs (no mixes), contact me via DM or email before ordering.

Care Instructions:
•Jewelry is tarnish resistant and can be worn in water, but removing it before showering or prolonged moisture exposure helps maintain shine.

•Slight natural fading may occur from wear, skin oils, perfumes, or lotions.

•To keep jewelry looking its best, store it dry and wipe gently with a soft cloth after use.
